Terms of Service
The service
Qevorimate provides an automated assistant that answers customer messages for online stores and prepares orders for the store's approval. The service is operated by Stark Group SARL, a company registered in Lebanon (Commercial Register of Baabda, no. 2026037).
Who may use it
The service is offered to businesses. By using it you confirm that you have authority to bind your business and to connect its store and messaging accounts.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your catalogue, prices, stock and policies accurate in your store platform.
- Review and approve or reject held orders within the hold period. Held orders expire after 48 hours and the reserved stock is released.
- Comply with the rules of the messaging platforms you connect, including Meta's terms and messaging policies, and with applicable law.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.
Limits of automation
The assistant can make mistakes. It places orders only on hold, and nothing is fulfilled until the store approves it. You remain responsible for the orders you approve and for what you tell your customers.
Fees
Fees, billing period and any trial are set out in your order form or subscription. Messaging platform charges, such as WhatsApp conversation fees, are separate unless agreed otherwise.
Your data
You keep ownership of your store data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can end the service and request deletion at any time.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, which also depends on third parties such as messaging and hosting platforms. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the service
Either party may end the service with written notice. We may suspend it immediately for breach of these terms or of a platform's rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
